The role
Join the team that powers 110 k+ price updates every day across 20+ properties in five countries. You’ll be the data lead for the brains behind our dynamic pricing engine—and the first person we turn to when we push the boundaries of what data science can do in hospitality.

- Full product ownership. From exploration to production, you’ll design, train, deploy and monitor models that directly drive topline revenue.
- Green-field innovation. We’re exploring reinforcement learning, real-time inference and elasticity modelling right now. You’ll shape those roadmaps and ship the first iterations.
What you’ll work on
- Revenue Management Platform
- Maintain and evolve a neural-network-based demand-curve predictor retrained daily on millions of data points.
- Expand our feature universe with competitor rates, city-level trends and event signals delivered via our in-house tagging pipeline.
- Orchestrate training and batch inference on GKE + Argo Workflows; version everything with DVC.
- Design pricing simulations that trigger live updates after every booking event—over 110 k recalculations per day.
- Review & Reputation Insights
- Build NLP models to classify reviews and surface the issues that most affect OTA scores.
- Feed these insights back into product, ops and customer-experience teams to close the loop.
- New frontiers
- Prototype reinforcement-learning agents that learn optimal rate strategies under real-time demand uncertainty.
- Push price-elasticity models into production to fine-tune margin vs. occupancy trade-offs.
- Benchmark model performance and run A/B tests at property, city and portfolio scale.
