Líbere, as part of ALL IRON GROUP, has been recently created by the founders of Ticketbis (acquired by eBay in 2016). We are different, agile and dynamic with great growth. Our vision at Líbere is to create the largest alternative to hotels in Europe, focusing on alternative accommodations where technology, design and experience will make the difference.

With technology in the center, we are pushing smart buildings and guest experience to the next level. Having automation and insights-driven as part of our DNA, we are building highly scalable and resilient systems to bring a unique experience to our guests.

What are we looking for?

We would love to find a senior profile who is generalist and business focused. Someone who just uses the right tool to solve business problems. Also:

• Accountable for your work.
• Ability to thrive when autonomy is given.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, pandas) and database languages (SQL is a must)
• Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
• Solid skills in selecting the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem. A pragmatic problem solver, you keep solutions simple (no, you don't apply deep learning to every problem).
• Applied experience with machine learning on large datasets.
• Good understanding and experience working on the cloud.
• Willing to learn new stuff everyday and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud AI & Machine Learning products.
• Data engineering skills. Don't worry, we have a cross-functional team of engineers that will help you out with this, but we are a small team wearing multiple caps, and we know this gives you more autonomy.
• Experience in the hospitality business.
